NEtwork-based Data-driven Approach (NEDA) for Outbreak Monitoring

This tool provides certified indicators for systematically monitoring the progress of an outbreak in a metapopulation network that can be used for what-if tradeoffs and decision making. We seek to create a situational awareness/decision tool for real-time monitoring of outbreak both spatially and temporarily.

What is NEDA?

NEDA is a tool that combines multiple data elements (both globally and locally) to systematically assess the level of outbreak risk by providing a daily local-level status score for each subpopulation (e.g., cities).

We propose developing systemic outbreak monitoring (NEDA) that is robust and able to cope with dynamic environments and imperfect information.
